Metal circular sawing machine technical parameters

①The hydraulic pressure is adjusted at 15-30KG/CM2.

②The cylinder diameter of the vertical cylinder of the saw table is 50mm, and the maximum stroke is 110mm.

③The cylinder diameter of the sawing table pressing cylinder is 40mm, and the maximum stroke is 30mm.

④The bore of the left and right pinch cylinders is 32mm, and the maximum stroke is 30mm.

⑤ The cylinder diameter of the long feeding cylinder is 25mm, and the maximum stroke is 600mm.

⑥Saw clipping range: 16 pieces of Φ9.3 pipes, 12 pieces of Φ11.7-Φ12.2 pieces, and 8 pieces of Φ16 pipes. The clamps can be replaced for large round pipes, oval pipes and square pipes. The length of the saw pipe is 15-600mm for one return stroke, 600-1200mm for two return strokes, and 1200-1800mm for three return strokes.

⑦ Saw blade shaft 94 revolutions per minute.

⑧ The speed of sawing pipe is firstly based on the hardness and diameter of the reference pipe. Usually, the sawing of Φ9.3 pipe can be adjusted to 30 seconds as a return stroke.

hydraulic components

①The hydraulic station is the hydraulic system, which is an important power source of the machine. The up and down and left and right walking of the ejector rod are controlled and driven by hydraulic pressure.

②The automatic circular saw pipe cutting machine, oil pump and motor produced by our factory used to have two models:

③The oil circuit board is equipped with solenoid valve SWH-G02-02-10, four groups and regulating valve MRV-02P.

④ Equipped with 4 3/8 inch high-pressure oil hoses 1M long, 8 remaining 0.8 meters and 5 oil cylinders.

⑤Saw blade coolant is equipped with three-phase electric pump model AB12; speed 2800; voltage 380V; power 40W.

⑥Saw table with motor model Y100L-6; power 1.5KW; 380V; 940 rpm.
