Driven by the motor and servo driver, the bending axis is controlled by the oil pressure numerical value, and the auxiliary pusher adjusts the matching speed through the flow regulating valve.

2. The two axes of feeding and tilting can choose and set the speed of 1-8 stages through the computer according to the actual workpiece situation. The bending shaft adjusts the matching speed through the pressure regulating valve.

4. Equipped with 10.4″ color touch screen, man-machine dialogue operation, convenient and easy to understand. All elbow data can be entered via the touch screen.

5. The text displayed on the screen is available in both Chinese and English, which can be switched for selection. Other languages can be ordered if required.

6. Each pipe fitting can be set to 32 bends (or selected by the user), and the memory capacity can store 330 groups (or 125 groups) of bend pipe data.

7. After the data editing is completed, there is a key lock function to prevent the data from being arbitrarily modified.

8. With power-off memory function, the data can be permanently saved.

9. Manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operation modes can be set. When trying to bend, you can choose to manually decompose the action, observe the interference point, and modify the action.

10. Each bend can be set to feed, bend, and rotate the three-axis simultaneously or not to avoid interference points, thereby improving production efficiency. There are eight modes to choose from: ①Feeding→ Retracting→Tilt; ②(Feeding + Retracting)→Tilt; ③(Feeding + Retracting +Tilt); Retracting; ⑤ (feeding + tilting) → retreating; ⑥ retreating → feeding → tilting; ⑦tilting → retreating → feeding; ⑧ retreating → (feeding + tilting).

11. Each bend can set the rebound compensation value and the demoulding gap due to the change of the material.

12. There are two feeding methods: direct feeding and pinch feeding. When the core is not threaded, the pinch feeding method can be used, and the material can be repeatedly fed, and the length of the workpiece is not limited.

13. The setting of the waiting position, safety position, wheel mold interference position, guide mold interference position, etc. can be fine-tuned. The computer has an automatic memory position function, which eliminates the failure of human measurement errors and machine collisions, and has front and rear limits. The shutdown function is a double safety insurance.

14. When the direct delivery method is selected, it has the function of measuring the bending and stretching ratio of the pipe fittings, which is convenient for calculating the actual length of the pipe fittings.

15. There is a counting function for workpieces.

16. There is a function of zeroing the two axes at the same time, just press the button. It is not necessary to zero the two axes separately, which saves time and is accurate.
