1. Pipe cutting machine installation:

The pipe cutting machine must be placed on a flat concrete floor, and fixed on the ground with bolts according to the screw holes at the four corners of the machine base, and the equipment must be leveled.

2. Power supply:

The pipe cutting machine itself has been pre-connected with electrical circuits, and a three-phase cable is used for external power supply. The power supply requires 380V/50HZ industrial power. A speed selector switch is installed on the junction box of the main motor, 123" third gear-1 gear can realize the main motor stop running, the second gear is slow 60r/min, and the third gear is fast 120r/min two speeds. The fast gear is suitable for metal pipes with a pipe wall below 2mm, and the slow gear is suitable for sawing of materials such as thick pipe walls or solid core bars.

3. Debug the spindle steering:

After the power is turned on, select the motor speed, the contact of the travel switch contacts the adjustment block, the machine head is energized and runs, and the saw blade shaft is driven. At this time, check whether the rotation direction of the saw blade shaft is consistent with the arrow on the saw blade cover. , then cut off the power supply, connect any two phases of the three-phase lines introduced into the power supply, and re-operate the trial rotation according to the above procedure, so that the rotation of the saw blade shaft is consistent with the direction of the arrow, and the machine enters the normal use state.
