The working principle of hydraulic pipe bending machine:


Put the steel pipe on the pipe bender, after contacting the roller driven by the reducer, lock the pressing handle, start the motor oil pump group, and the high pressure oil output by the electric oil pump passes through the relief valve (the required pressure can be adjusted), enters the Gather blocks to the electro-hydraulic valve, there are electro-hydraulic valves and jog switches (point in, point out) to control the work of the oil cylinder, the working oil cylinder advances, and the I-beam and the three support rollers are pressed tightly and the calculation begins when no bending deformation occurs. , The length of the advance of the oil cylinder is 10mm-15mm each time, the main motor is turned forward or reversed, and the main motor drives the I-beam to work, and the operation is repeated until it is required.


Introduction of hydraulic pipe bender system:


1. Mechanical system: The mechanical system uses a cycloidal pinwheel reducer to directly drive the roller to rotate. In order to realize the synchronization of the two rollers, two motors are used to start at the same time to achieve synchronization. In order to meet the requirements of the working conditions, forward and reverse operation can be performed.


2. Hydraulic system: The system uses a manual reversing valve to reverse the direction of the oil cylinder to realize the forward and reverse movement of the oil cylinder, adopts a one-way throttle valve to adjust the movement speed of the oil cylinder, and uses a two-way hydraulic control one-way valve to lock the oil cylinder. When the reversing valve is in the neutral position, the system is unloaded, which effectively prevents the system from heating.

3. Electrical system: The electrical system mainly controls the oil pump motor and the traveling motor. The traveling motor is equipped with forward and reverse rotation control and overload protection. When the oil return filter is clogged and the filter element needs to be replaced, the filter clogging indicator light is on. The filter element must be replaced at this time. There is an air switch (main switch) in the main oil return circuit to effectively protect the entire system.

Precautions for the use of pipe bending machine:


1. Electric control boxes, hydraulic valves, motors and other electrical appliances must be kept clean and dry, and must not be splashed with water. Always check that the wire jackets of the above components must not be damaged to prevent leakage.


2. When handling the machine, do not have big bumps, and do not hit the various parts of the machine at will.


3. The oxide skin falling off from the power roller should be cleaned up in time.


4. All transmission bearing parts should be regularly maintained and lubricated.


5. The auxiliary rolling table must be level with the main machine idler.


6. The reversing handle shall not be pulled or pushed violently.

Daily maintenance and maintenance items of pipe bending machine:


1. After the new machine runs for 50 hours, check and fasten the bolts for looseness.


2. Replace the hydraulic oil after the new machine runs for 100 hours (about 15 days).


3. Replace the reducer oil after the new machine runs for 200 hours.


4. Replace hydraulic oil and reducer oil once a year.


5. Add hydraulic oil to the pressure shaft every shift.
